We’re excited to welcome you to our Summer Bible Camp! Before you can secure your spot, please carefully follow the registration instructions below.

Step 1: Download the Application Form

• Make sure to download the official Summer Bible Camp Application Form.

• Fill in all the required information completely and accurately.

Step 2: Obtain the Required Signature

• Your Application Form must be signed by your local Recording Brother.

• Important: You will not be able to proceed with your application unless the form is properly signed.

Step 3: Upload Your Signed Form

• After obtaining the signature, upload the scanned or photographed copy of your signed application in the upload section below.

• Ensure that your uploaded file is clear and legible.

Step 4: Complete Your Registration

• Once your signed form is successfully uploaded, you can proceed with the rest of your registration.

• You will receive a confirmation email once your application has been reviewed and approved.

 

⚠️ Note: Applications without the Recording Brother’s signature will not be processed. Please ensure your form is signed before uploading to avoid delays.
